Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change (IPCC)

A body of the United Nations (UN) tasked with providing governments worldwide with scientific information to inform climate policies. The IPCC publishes Assessment Reports providing the authority on understanding of climate change data (typically every 6-7 years) for policymakers, the scientific community, and the public.
